Each of our pools is manufactured in accordance with a Quality Management System (QMS) as per the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001 and are processed and supplied to comply with AS/NZS 1838 under license BMP No 520101.

Any pool builder can say they build to, or better than, the Australian Standard, but for your peace of mind – always ask for a license number.

Obtaining the accreditation to build a fibreglass swimming pool under these standards means being measured and tested by an authorised, independent auditor. This accreditation is not easily achieved yet each of our swimming pool manufacturers is proud to uphold this endorsement.

During the manufacturing process, a gelcoat is applied to each of our pools at Western Australia’s only gelcoat manufacturing facility. Gelcoat is mixed on a daily basis from high quality raw materials by a fully qualified industrial chemist, allowing them to be modified to suit ambient weather conditions. This guarantees a better product.

The thickness of every pool is assessed and recorded during the manufacturing process. Stringent controls apply to the bonding between all layers to ensure a strong and structurally sound pool. Quality supervisors visually inspect every pool prior to dispatch, ensuring your pool is nothing less than the best.
